Gregory S. Dominiak holds both a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin. He obtained a Master of Science in Medical Physics from the University Of Texas Graduate School Of Biomedical Sciences, affiliated with the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. In 2001, he earned a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology in therapeutic radiological physics. In 1995, while working at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix Arizona, Mr. Dominiak was part of the physics team evaluating the very first Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) delivery system (Peacock System from NOMOS) in the US, under an investigational agreement (pre-FDA approval for any IMRT system). Under the agreement, Mr. Dominiak provided constant and regular feedback to the company regarding patient treatment plans, Quality Assurance process and procedures, and attended off-site meeting hosted by NOMOS, contributing to the discussions regarding product quality. In 1997, he formed Dominiak Consulting Services, LLC and has provided clinical medical physics support and advisory services to over twenty-five radiotherapy center including Mayo Clinic of Scottsdale, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and the University of Arizona. During the formative years of IMRT, from 1995 to 2002, he was assisting clinics with the evaluation of the various commercial products available for the delivery of IMRT treatment. He has been exposed to the clinical process and procedures of multiple different radiotherapy centers, including large the University Medical Centers, Community Hospitals, and small rural free-standing centers.


Professional affiliations include membership in the American Association of Physicists in Medicine, the Society for Radiation Oncology Administrators, the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, the Association of Telehealth Service Providers , and the American College of Radiology
